Roti sosej

Sangat tak percaya, realy dying pasal stay back until early morning just for making bread..?? senget dah agak nye otak aku nih..
hahaha..!  ( gelak gila kentang )
but this time memang best..
whoaaaa..!! ( yawning..... ) I sleepy, but still writing, here i also attach the recipe for you to try.. its depend on your hand and patient to handle it..
( huwaaahhhh, yawning again ) sorry kurang sopan..tapi tutup mulut taw.. enjoy it..  (:


Ingredient:
  •  1 pack tepung gandum (all purpose flour)
  •  1 pack yeast
  •  1 cawan air suam
  •  1 tbs gula
  •  1/2 ts garam
  • 1 telur
  • 2 tbs minyak masak or olive oil pun boleh
  •  1 pack   sausages,( u may cut it, or keep longer)
  • Black pepper

Methods:
  • In a large bowl u have to mix yeast, air suam, gula, garam, telur, dan telur. Sebatikan.
  • Last touch u have to add on tepung gandum, kacau guna spatula or tangan sampai jadi doh.
  • Rehat kan 40 minutes, tutup dengan towel.
  • Potong sosej ( ikut sesuke hati) dan keringkan.
  • Lepas 40 minutes tekan doh tadi untuk keluarkan angin , bahagikan kepada beberapa bahagian kecil..(optional size)
  • letakkan sosej di tengah doh dan cover sepenuh nye. Biarkan sekejap doh menaik.
  • Panaskan minyak, goreng roti tadi sampai kekuningan.
  • Taburkan cheese and black paper atas roti masa tengah panas.
  • Then u can have it, either in hot or cool the bread still be smooth..
Biarkan saja...( menyanyi pulak..)
